Brewery

Steamin’ Billy Brewery founded in 1995 by brewer Bill Allingham and licensee Barry Lount, their first outlets were The Vaults in Wellington St, which became Leicester’s premium real ale house, followed by the Robert Catesby in Norfolk a 16th century Inn. After some reorganisation in 2000 the two directors currently owns:

• Cow & Plough-Oadby
• Time Bar-Leicester
• The Paget-Loughborough
• The Western-Leicester
• Steam Trumpet-Thornton

Steamin Billy Brewery enjoys a close relationship with Everards and Baremans Brewery, where the beer can often be found on their lists, also available from Small Beer wholesale.
