Steamin' Billy Bitter

The Brewery’s flagship beer, brewed with Northdown, Pilot and Styrian Goldings Hops.

Skydiver

Mahogany coloured strong bitter with a malty aftertaste full of character, a very Moorish bitter that belies its strength.

Tipsy Fisherman

A new light addition to the portfolio, coming in at 3.6% a genuine quaffing ale.

Coming in at 3.8%, this light aromatic beer is brewed with Challenger, Pacific Gem and Styrian hops.

A traditional bitter, with a hoppy aftertaste.

Grand Prix Mild

Traditional dark mild with a hint of fruit and chocolate complimenting a roasted bitter finish, a full flavoured mild. A winner with mild drinkers.

This autumnal beer is copper coloured giving it a warming appearance, but with a strong floral flavour.

Billy's version of the winter nip, slightly sweet dark and dangerously delicious

Lazy Summer

Both Goldings and Saaz hops are used in this most refreshing golden brew, a seasonal bitter finely balanced with a subtle floral aroma, belying its strength

Merry Christmas

This Christmas ale is ruby in colour, giving a rich body. Medium strength the goldings hops again comes gently through.

Robert Catesby

Originally brewed as the house beer for the Catesby in Norfolk, it is now brewed as a seasonal around the time of Nov 5th commemorating the gunpowder plot. Mainly goldings hops again.

Scrum Down

A refreshing dark well balanced mild whose chocolaty fruity flavours complement it's roasted bitter finish, with a hint of Golding hops coming through.

Spring Goldings

Strongish but light co lured and a refreshing flavour, prominent hoppy taste a favourite for this time of year.

Billy the Porter

Smooth and dry with a bittersweet roasted malty after taste, which develops on the pallet, to an altogether satisfying thirst quenching pint.

Billy's Strong Bitter

Billy's Strong Bitter A full-bodied beer which exhibits a hint if golding hops, its unique character produces a good honest hoppy aftertaste which is dangerously drinkable.

Dark ruddle in colour, strong but balanced, originally brewed for Leicester Beer Festival 2004, name chosen by Andy Sales C.A.M.R.A organiser.
